President
Kevin Stephens is a lifelong resident of Knox County, Indiana. He is known as a well-respected, construction industry, veteran with over 30 years of professional experience in the heavy equipment business.
From his knowledge of powertrain components of construction and mining equipment to spending extensive time at construction and mine sites studying product performance, Kevin knows the multifaceted intricacies of this business. His extensive background with undercarriage components led him to contract work with Caterpillar Inc. in 2015, helping develop their mobile ultrasonic wear parts management solution. Kevin represented Caterpillar at the Bauma trade show in Munich, further expanding his international industry relationships.
Over the last 5 years, Kevin served as President of Tracks & More where he oversaw the company’s nationwide e-commerce. Kevin values his customers, consistently delivering only the best products.

Kevin attained his Bachelor of Science degree in construction technology from Indiana State University. Originally from Michigan City, Indiana, Kevin now lives in Vincennes, Indiana with his wife, Barb, their two sons, and their dog, Shady.
